By placing an order on Dolerstore, you are acknowledging and accepting the following terms. These policies have been established to provide you with complete understanding of our refund and return processes. These policies apply specifically to orders within the United States (USA).

At Dolerstore, if your item is damaged or defective, we will promptly send you a replacement or provide a full refund. There is no need to return the item in such cases. We take full responsibility for any inconvenience caused during your shopping experience.

A. Returns

Regrettably, we do not accept returns at this time due to the nature of our business. All items are made-to-order, and we do not maintain any inventory or stock.

If you wish to make any corrections to your order, kindly reach out to our customer service within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the time you placed your order. Once the order is forwarded to the fulfillment centers, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Please ensure that you thoroughly read the description of each item before placing your order. Each product comes with a sizing chart to assist you in selecting the correct size. Equally important is providing accurate information before finalizing your order.

However, in the event that we mistakenly send you the wrong order, please notify us immediately, and we will swiftly resend you the correct item. If such an error occurs, there is no need to return the item; consider it as a gift from us to you.

B. Order Cancellation

As all our items are made-to-order, you can only cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the time you placed your order. After this specified timeframe, your order will be sent to the fulfillment centers, and cancellation will not be possible.

C. Refunds (if applicable)

For damaged or defective items, we will gladly offer replacements or a full refund. To initiate this process, kindly provide photo proof within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the tracking website and your order’s shipping label.

In cases of late delivery or missing orders, we offer a 50% refund after 45 days from placing the order and a full refund after 60 days from placing the order.

Please note that refund requests due to customer error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or providing the wrong shipping address, are generally not accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

D. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Following that, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.

E. Exchanges & Replacements (if applicable)

We only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged within 30 days after delivery, as indicated by the tracking website. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] with photo proof.

Once the photo is approved, we will send you a replacement, and there is no need to return the defective item.
